Terms of Purchase

Once the artwork has been completed, it is presented to the client along with the colour tufts for approval. In most cases, sampling is not required, especially for modern designs. If necessary, a 1’ x 1’ sample can be produced, taking 1 – 2 weeks, at a cost of RM 200.00 which is redeemable upon a confirmed order. Our production process for each rug takes an average of 6 – 10 weeks (subject to order quantity). Upon the approval of the artwork, colour tufts and quote, a 50% deposit is required for us to process the order and for production to commence.

Delivery & Payment

For local delivery, we charter lorry/consolidate cargo or KTM (less than 10’ length). We accept company & personal cheques.
For export arrangement, goods are delivered through reliable courier service like FEDEX. We also engage Scan Global Logistics (air or sea freight) to delivered the goods.
We accept bank drafts, LC payment or T/T before delivery.
